Green Analytics (as defined below) provides this Privacy Policy , including, without limitation, any policies, rules and other terms that are expressly incorporated herein by reference (collectively, this “Privacy Policy”) to describe how we collect, use, and share the information of individuals who (a) visit any of our websites that link to this Privacy Policy and/or the Terms and Conditions of which this Privacy Policy is a part (the “Terms and Conditions”), including our website located atwww.greenanalyticslabs.com and any other media form, mobile application or mobile website related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”), andany content, information, functionality, products or services supplied by or on behalf of us through the Site, including our client service portal (collectively, the “Services”).  Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using our Services.

The Site is owned and operated by a group of seven affiliated yet separate and privately held limited liability corporations, collectively referred to herein as “Green Analytics.” The members of our group are ISO-accredited and state-licensed cannabis testing laboratories each operating independently in a different state. Our laboratory members include Green Analytics Maryland, LLC (Columbia, MD), Green Analytics North, LLC (Harrisburg, PA), Green Analytics East, LLC (Hamilton, NJ), Green Analytics Massachusetts, LLC (Framingham, MA), Green Analytics NY, LLC (Pearl River, NY), Green Analytics West Virginia, LLC (Morgantown, W. Va), and Green Analytics Virginia, LLC (Ashland, VA) (collectively, “Green Analytics,” or “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your information, as described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

Green Analytics is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to its users. Green Analytics will not disclose Personal Information (as defined below) to third parties except in accordance with this Privacy Policy or as disclosed at the time of the collection of the Personal Information.

Our Sites and Services are not intended for persons under the age of 21. Persons under the age of 21 are not allowed to use our Sites and Services. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a user is under age 21, we will promptly deactivate that user’s account and delete any personal information collected in connection therewith. Information Collected and How It is Used

Information You Give Us

Green Analytics may collect Personal Information from contacts made through the Site or Services, such as when you utilize the client service portal, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, or fill out a form.We may collect your‎ age, date of birth, state of residence, location information, email address, phone number, as well as other information, including demographic information, that you directly give us. When you supply Personal Information at a Green Analytics website, we will use it for the express purpose for which it was collected and may also be used by us to send you information and/or offers about our goods and services or to invite you to participate in market research.

Information Automatically Collected

In addition, we collect information relating to your interactions with us and the Services, including browser type, IP address, pages visited and other activities on the Siteand the Services, device type, time and date of visit, and other information we collect through the use of cookies, mobile identifiers, and similar technology. We may use your IP address to derive your general location, and we may collect information about the precise location of your mobile device if you enable location services and grant permission.

Who Do We Provide Your Information to?

Except as disclosed in this Privacy Policy, we do not disclose your personal information to any companies not part of Green Analytics or its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, or related entities.

Finally, we may also sell, rent, or share aggregate user information (i.e., anonymized summary data) with others for their own uses.  This aggregate user information will never include your name, phone number, email address, or mailing address.  We may sell, rent or share this aggregate user information with our partners and other companies for their own marketing, product development, research, or other uses. 

We do not sell, trade, otherwise transfer your Personal Information outside of the situations detailed above, so we do not have an opt-out.

International Transfers

Green Analytics entities are based in and operate exclusively in the United States. If you are located in a jurisdiction outside the U.S., the data protection laws in the U.S. may not be considered to provide an adequate level of protection under your local data protection laws.  If you are a visitor to this Services and prefer not to have your Personal Information transferred to the United States, do not access or use the Services. For transfers of Personal Information, we may base the transfer on appropriate safeguards, such as standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission or by a supervisory authority, approved code of conducts together with binding and enforceable commitments of the recipient, or approved certification mechanisms together with binding and enforceable commitments of the recipient.  You can request a copy of the appropriate safeguards by contacting us as set out below.

Security

We exercise great care to protect your Personal Information. This includes, among other things, using industry standard techniques such as firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection. However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure.As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from us. Green Analytics shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of Personal Information due to no fault of Green Analytics including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of Green Analytics staff and/or third parties.

In addition, we limit our employees’ and contractors’ access to Personal Information. Only those employees and contractors with a business reason have access to this information, and we educate our employees about the importance of maintaining confidentiality of Personal Information.
